We are currently looking for a committed and experienced On-site Network Manager (m/f/d) to expand our Germany-wide on-site service.

 

As an On-site Network Manager (m/f/d), your focus will be on setting up, managing and coordinating a Germany-wide network with partners and our own on-site technicians. Your future tasks:

  • Development of a Germany-wide on-site service network
  • Monitoring and optimization of daily business processes
  • Management, scheduling, coordination and motivation of a team of employees, technicians and network partners in the on-site service of brown/white goods and also multifunctional kitchen utensils
  • Planning, implementation and supervision of projects to improve operational processes
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving customer queries
  • Preparing regular reports and analyses to measure performance and make decisions
  • Monitoring and controlling the budget and optimizing cost

 

You have what it takes:

  • Several years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Proven experience in leadership and motivation 
  • Sound knowledge of project management and process optimization
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of business contexts
  • Basic technical understanding, sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Power Bi 
  • Very good self-organization and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel to support our customers, network partners and technicians on site
