As a Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for delivering analytics and solutions for our customers. You will be playing a key role in developing and automating SLS, analytical and Operational reports for warehouse sites /profit centres across industry verticals and geographies. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Provide reporting & analytics support to Warehouse operations and planning team 

• Create ad-hoc reports as per requirements provided. 

• Automate existing reports / process independently. 

• You are required to analyse and provide solutions to day-to-day issues. 

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to broaden learning opportunities, led by example, and prepare for future assignments. 

• Commitment to process excellence by ensuring proper, efficient, and accurate use of the process. 

• Working with cross-functional teams providing functional and technical support. 

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present clean, organized, and thorough information and data. 

• Ability to develop insightful, value-added, and actionable analyses with detailed explanations regarding drivers of those results. 

• Technical / Functional / Soft Skills: 

Must Have 

• 3 years of professional experience 

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot and VBA skills 

• Strong skills in SQL coding writing complex queries. 

Nice to Have 

• Experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse Logistics, Distribution, or manufacturing environment  

• Knowledge / Experience in Python and Power BI (or any visualization tool) 

• Knowledge / Experience in Microsoft Access
