OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Responsibilities of the role:
• It coordinates the Section Managers in the operational management of the warehouse departments under own responsibility and the respective personnel;
• It’s responsible for achieving service levels in terms of times, costs, process quality (KPI) defined with his/her manager in order to improve results;
• It proposes continuous improvement actions;
• It offers support to the Site Manager in the strategic decisions of the Site and in the relationship with the Customer;
• It monitors the indicators of service levels in terms of time, costs, quality of processes (KPI) defined with his / her manager in order to improve the results;
• It offers support to his / her manager in the coordination of direct and indirect personnel;
• It monitors any non-conformities in the depot under its responsibility and proposes preventive and corrective action to its manager;
• It respects and enforces occupational safety legislation (L. 81/08), company procedures, quality and sustainable development;
• It monitors the business climate and ensures SOX compliance on all processes under its responsibility.
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Economics or equivalent;
• At least 3-5 years' experience in a related role, preferably in a structured company of fashion sector;
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package (in particular Excel);
• Excellent analytical skills and previous direct personnel management experience;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Strong customer orientation in compliance with company targets;
• Strong interpersonal, communication and management skills, analytical and organizational skills, teamwork orientation;
• Aptitude for criticality management and problem solving.
