Here at GXO, we are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Andover on the Coop contract. You will be working alongside the Compliance Manager and will be responsible for looking after a large fleet of HGV’s, to make sure all essential requirements are up to date, so the operation is successful.

 

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30.

We’re looking to offer a salary of £25,500.00 per annum. What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Documentation to be kept up to date, accessible and in good order in line with current legislation and guidelines
  • Provide information for weekly reviews with the maintenance providers
  • Work closely with the Transport Teams and on site VMU to ensure problems are dealt with promptly for operational success
  • Engage with both operational teams and third parties to ensure all queries are resolved in a timely manner

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Previous involvement in vehicle fleet administration
  • Knowledge of legislation relating to fleet compliance
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office – mainly Excel
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload
