What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Ensure all staff are properly debriefed and paperwork is accurate and compliant
- Monitor tachographs to meet legal and regulatory requirements
- Manage daily queries from drivers, customers, and internal teams with clear communication
- Keep the stores team updated on any delivery issues or delays
- Proactively resolve any problems or concerns that arise during your shift
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment is a bonus
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong IT skills, especially in Excel and transport management systems
- A confident communicator who can work well under pressure
- A proactive approach and a strong team ethic
