Talent & Learning Program Manager

As a Senior Program Manager within our Global Talent & Learning function, you will play an instrumental role in the development, integration, and evolution of core talent and learning programs across our European business. You will become part of a dynamic, collaborative team and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our business at a European scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver complex, multi-country initiatives by defining scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and success measures to ensure consistent and high-quality execution across Europe.
  • Coordinate the execution of annual performance management and talent management cycles, ensuring consistent rollout, stakeholder readiness, and alignment with global frameworks while enabling effective local implementation.
  • Partner with country leaders, HR partners, and functional stakeholders to identify needs, prioritize initiatives, and deliver scalable yet locally relevant solutions across markets including Spain, Italy, France, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands.
  • Oversee and optimize a portfolio of programs and projects, balancing strategic priorities, resources, and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors, providers, and facilitators to ensure clear ownership, strong collaboration, and high standards of delivery.
  • Ensure a strong colleague experience by managing communications, enablement materials, and operational execution throughout each program or cycle.
  • Track progress and outcomes, evaluating effectiveness and reporting on business impact and return on investment (ROI).
  • Act as an ambassador for the Global Talent & Learning function, clearly communicating the value and impact of learning, performance, and talent initiatives across the organization.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • Multilingual, with fluency in English and at least one additional European language.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Cross-cultural experience is highly beneficial.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a learning and development, training, or related role.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to manage complex initiatives end to end.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen interest in process improvement and continuous optimization.
