Drivers Mate

Have you wondered what life on the road will be like working as a Drivers Mate?

Here at GXO we are looking for a Drivers Mates to join our Drinks site in Avonmouth. This is a full-time, permanent role and you will be Monday - Friday, covering the shift of 05.45 -15.00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Supporting the driver to and from different pub locations
• Ensuring that correct delivery paperwork is completed to the highest standards and on time
• Multiple drops to different sites on a regular basis
• Roping/dropping into cellars

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial but not essential
• Highly focused on customer service
• Understanding health and safety of the people around you
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
