Stock Operative

Every successful operation needs people who keep things moving, organised, and running like clockwork—sometimes high above the ground! If you take pride in accuracy, love solving problems, and aren’t afraid of working at height, this Stock Operative role at our Amazon site in Avonmouth could be your next challenge.

As a Stock Operative, you’ll be at the heart of the warehouse, making sure inventory is spot-on, tackling issues as they arise, and keeping operations flowing—sometimes literally on elevated platforms (HLOP). Nights are busy, fast-paced, and full of variety, so every shift is different and your attention to detail really makes an impact.

This is a full-time, permanent night shift role on a 3 on/3 off pattern from 18:00 to 06:00. Plus, you’ll enjoy 25 Saturdays, 26 Sundays, and 17 full weekends off each year—giving you a rare and valuable work–life balance.
