CI Manager

GXO are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Continuous Improvement Manager to lead and embed a culture of operational excellence across our The Entertainer site in Banbury. This role is pivotal in identifying opportunities for process optimisation, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement at all levels.

 

The role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis. You will work Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30, although some flexibility is required to work with all shifts across the operation – this is logistics after all!

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Lead and deliver continuous improvement initiatives across all site contracts
  • Analyse data to support KPI performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Drive cost, quality, and service enhancements through CI methodology
  • Implement change projects and support leadership with operational targets
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, audits, and health & safety requirements
  • Support with managing the gain share process through its complete life cycle from initial opportunity through to sign off and execution.

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Proven experience in a continuous improvement or operational excellence role within a warehouse environment
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to lead change and influence at all levels of the organisation
