Planning Senior First Line Manager

Here at GXO, we’re recruiting for a Planning Senior First Line Manager (SFLM) to support our Planning & MI function for The Entertainer contract in Banbury. This is a full‑time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:00 (flexible).

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Provide administrative and analytical support to the Planning Manager, including holiday cover
- Work directly with customers to build reports and provide accurate updates
- Extract, validate and process data from multiple systems
- Produce and distribute daily operational reports
- Create clear PowerPoint presentations for meetings and stakeholders
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Intermediate Excel skills, including XLOOKUP and PivotTables
- Ability to build structured and engaging PowerPoint presentations
- Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
- Confident communicator with a professional, collaborative approach
- Proactive, organised and eager to learn within a fast‑moving environment
