CI Manager

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Barnsley supporting our ASOS contract. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 08:30 till 17:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Champion Lean principles across the site through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on support
- Lead the strategic deployment process, managing timelines, governance, and visualisation
- Facilitate Kaizen workshops and improvement projects aligned with business goals
- Track, measure, and present progress to internal and external stakeholders
- Support colleague development through Yellow & Green Belt training initiatives
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Green Belt (or equivalent) in Lean/Six Sigma with hands-on workshop experience
- Strong communication and influencing skills across all business levels
- Proven track record of coaching colleagues and management teams in building a mature Lean/C.I capability across end-to-end value streams within sites
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft tools and confident in data presentation
