Senior CI Manager

Join us as a Senior CI Manager and play a pivotal role in embedding a culture of Continuous Improvement across our operations. You will work with Managers and Employees to deploy a lean/continuous improvement framework within their operation. Including developing and designing processes, working closely with operations as well as at a senior stakeholder level.

 

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Barnsley supporting our ASOS contract. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 08:30 till 17:00, however, flexibility is required, this is logistics after all!

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £60,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Lead impactful improvement projects and rapid events
  • Coach and mentor managers and employees in CI tools and techniques
  • Optimise distribution layouts and design efficient processes
  • Facilitate engaging workshops that deliver measurable outcomes
  • Champion SQCPD methodology and embed CI into daily operations

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • CI Specialist Certification (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent)
  • Proven leadership experience and a world class manufacturing background
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills
  • Experience deploying CI in service, head office, and supply chain environments
  • Prince2 qualification (desirable)
