Warehouse Operative

We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives to support our operation in Bathgate, working in partnership with our longstanding customer, Costa Coffee.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a shift pattern of any ‘4 days out of 8’, covering the hours of 08:00 to 20:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Ensuring that products are picked accurately, loaded, and unloaded safely onto vehicles
• Responsible for tipping and processing outside suppliers as well as managing backhauls
• Data input using our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Communicating with other team members and management to ensure efficient warehouse operations
• Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse would be beneficial
• Current UK Drivers licence would be advantageous but not essential
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work in a team and independently when required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
