HR & Payroll Administrator

Here at GXO, we are looking for a proactive and organised HR & Payroll Administrator to join our team at Adidas in Bedford, supporting the HR and Payroll function with precision, professionalism, and a passion for people. This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 10:00 till 18:00, however, flexibility is required this is logistics after all!

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £28,000 per annum and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Coordinate weekly and monthly payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain Time & Attendance systems and payroll trackers
- Manage employee records, contracts, and personnel files in line with GDPR
- Handle absence management, RTW interviews, and medical referrals
- Prepare ER documentation and support HR meetings
- Maintain HR systems, trackers, and produce weekly reports
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative experience
