Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting for full-time, permanent Warehouse Operatives to join our Adidas team in Bedford. You will be working 37.5 hours a week, either Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, on a fixed 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00 shift pattern.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Ensuring a steady flow of goods throughout all areas of the warehouse
  • Loading and unloading of vehicles
  • Being involved in a variety of warehouse functions, including inbound, outbound, and stock control
  • Using Warehouse management systems daily

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively with team members
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Previous experience would be advantageous but not essential
