Warehouse Administrator Nights

Here at GXO Bellshill we are looking for a Warehouse Administrator Nights to join our team working in partnership with our client Howdens.

 

You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis working Nights Monday to Friday, 22:00 to 06:00, 40 hours per week.

What you will do on a typical day:

 

  • Accurately manage pallet records, stock movements, and system updates to protect stock integrity and minimise financial risk
  • Liaise effectively with customers, hauliers, and internal teams to support smooth daily operations
  • Maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) data, schedules, and documentation to uphold service levels and quality standards
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, Quality, and BRC requirements while reporting any potential issues promptly
  • Provide reliable administrative support and undertake additional duties or training as required to aid the efficient running of the site

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly flexible, reliable, and motivated, with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong accuracy skills, ensuring tasks are completed correctly first time
  • Confident team player with solid PC literacy, including intermediate Excel skills; Manhattan WMS experience beneficial
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm, commitment, and adaptability to support operational needs and provide dependable administrative support
