Warehouse Operative Nights

 Here at GXO Bellshill, ML4 3NP our warehouse is open 24/7, therefore, we’re looking for Warehouse Operatives to join us working nights on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will be working on a shift pattern of Monday – Friday, 5 out of 7 days, with the hours of 22:00 – 06:00 working 40 hours per week with paid breaks!

 What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Pick, scan, and prepare stock with precision using handheld technology—keeping everything moving quickly and accurately
• Build and check palletised orders, ensuring top-quality goods are ready for dispatch every time
• Maintain high standards with quality checks and careful handling so every delivery reaches customers in perfect condition, keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and efficient
• Work as part of a safety-focused team, supporting loading, unloading, using MHE equipment such as, FLT, Counterbalance/Reach and PPT trucks

 What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Previous warehouse experience is a bonus, with opportunities to use or gain FLT Counterbalance & Reach skills.

• Used to working in a fast paced role with strong attention to detail to ensure accurate picking and high-quality work every time
• Reliable, self-motivated team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
