Customs Administrative
We are looking for a Customs Administrative in our site in Bergen Op Zoom (NL) with a known customer. You will be at the helm of the logistics organization and will make an essential contribution to the international logistics and customs processes. You will oversee customs-related processes, ensuring accurate handling of inbound goods, documentation, and stock mutations in compliance with customs regulations.. You will work in day shifts.
What you do on a typical day
- Perform and verify the accuracy of customs documentation.
- Prepare customs documents such as T1, T2LF, COO, ATR, and EXA.
- Ensure timely clearance of incoming goods.
- Communicate with customs authorities regarding shipment inspections.
- Process stock mutations and maintain accurate records.
What you need to succeed at GXO
- You have experience in customs administration or a similar logistics role.
- You have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- You are proficient in English, both verbal and written.
- You are familiar with customs documentation and procedures.
- You have a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
