Warehouse Operative

We’re looking for Warehouse Operative to join us on a full-time, permanent basis at Birmingham Airport Consolidation Centre contract. You will work a minimum of 40 hours a week, on an any 5 from 7 shift pattern with the start times between 02:00 - 04:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Performing Aviation security functions, in line with all legislation and regulations

• Decanting and restacking goods from pallets and cages

• Loading and unloading vehicles

• Operating the x-ray machines

• Always adhere to Health & Safety regulations

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Due to the security aspects of the role, you will need to provide full ID and a 5-year work and address history. Ideally, you’ll not have any gaps in employment that exceed 28 days in total

• Previous work experience within a warehouse environment

• Be flexible with shifts and duties

• Adaptable in a fast-paced ever-changing environment

• Counterbalance FLT experience would be an advantage but not essential
