At GXO, we don’t just move goods – we power the world’s most successful supply chains through innovation, technology, and great people.

Right now, our Bleiswijk sites are on an exciting journey, rolling out a brand‑new Warehouse Management System (WMS) – and we want you to be part of it.

We’re Hiring: 3 x new Process Controllers – based at either of our sites

If you enjoy problem‑solving, teamwork, and keeping operations running smoothly, this could be your next move.

  • Be involved in a major WMS implementation
  • Work in a fast‑paced, high‑tech logistics environment
  • Join a supportive, international team where your input matters
  • Monday to Friday rotating shifts (no weekends!)

Site 2 - 07:00 – 15:30 and 08:30 – 17:00

What you do on a typical day – Process Controller

No two days will be the same – you’ll be right at the heart of warehouse operations, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently:

  • Analyse, manage, and continuously improve warehouse process flows
  • Balance order volumes to keep operations moving at peak performance
  • Spot inefficiencies across replenishment, picking, put wall, packing, and shipping, adjusting waves and labour where needed
  • Manage and optimise order waves in the Warehouse Management System
  • Design and improve layouts and material flows
  • Work closely with Team Leaders on workforce planning, scheduling, and productivity
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement smart, practical solutions
  • Monitor workflows in real time to maintain high operational performance
  • Perform root cause analysis and deep‑dive into data to drive improvements
  • Translate dashboards and data into clear insights that help Team Leaders act

What you need to succeed at GXO

  • We’re looking for someone who enjoys ownership, data, and operational improvement:
  • Experience in a similar role within logistics or another operational environment
  • Strong English and ideally Dutch communication skills
  • Hands‑on experience working with a WMS (Blue Yonder experience is a bonus)
  • Solid MS Office skills, with at least intermediate Excel knowledge
  • An analytical and flexible mindset, able to stay calm under pressure and influence stakeholders
  • Willingness to work rotating 2‑shift patterns, Monday to Friday

What we offer you

  • A competitive salary, reflecting your experience and the impact you’ll make
  • A unique opportunity to play a key role in the implementation and optimisation of a brand‑new Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • The chance to shape new processes, influence ways of working, and truly leave your fingerprint on a transforming operation
  • Ownership of your success, supported by training, development, and hands‑on exposure to new systems and technologies
  • A fresh challenge within an entrepreneurial, open, and informal culture
  • Through GXO University, you’ll have access to structured learning, hands‑on training, and development opportunities designed to grow your skills and support your long‑term career progression.
