To support our presence in Czech Republic, we are looking for an Accountant to join our team in Bor in the Plzeň region.
What you do on a typical day
- Administrative support for the accounting department
- Verifying and posting of received supplier invoices in the company’s ERP system, managing the full workflow from receipt of the invoice through to settlement and payment
- Posting of bank transactions (bank statements, payment preparation) while ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Participation in monthly closings
- Collaboration with other departments and external suppliers
What you need to succeed at GXO
- Secondary education in economics or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with basic accounting tools
- Fluent or native Czech and very good English, supported by strong communication skills
- A high level of accuracy, responsibility, independence, and a genuine willingness to learn new things
