Role Overview

 

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR activities. This includes supporting local management in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role also involves driving employee engagement, handling day-to-day HR operations, and acting as a strategic advisor to leaders to align people practices with business goals and operational needs. We are looking for an HRBP for our new warehouse; this is a greenfield project.

Key HR role responsible for supporting the launch of a new logistics operation. The primary objective of this position is to ensure effective employee recruitment, implement and execute HR processes, provide day-to-day HR support to operations, and build a stable workforce in a dynamic environment.

 

What will be your main responsibilities during the first 12 months?

  • Recruiting employees for a newly established logistics operation.
  • Cooperating with staffing agencies and external partners.
  • Organizing and coordinating employee onboarding activities.
  • Providing day-to-day HR support to managers.
  • Handling employee relations and labor law-related matters.
  • Establishing, implementing, and improving HR processes.
  • Working directly within the operation alongside employees and managers.
  • Maintaining a strong on-site presence throughout the team-building and start-up phase.

 

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Has experience in operational HR within logistics, manufacturing, or retail environments.
  • Can independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Is comfortable being regularly present in the operation and working closely with frontline teams.
  • Can effectively handle rapidly changing priorities.
  • Has experience managing employee relations and day-to-day HR administration.
  • Is not afraid to build and implement processes from the ground up.
  • Fluent in Czech and English
