Position Summary
The Warehouse Coordinator is a key operational support role responsible for ensuring efficient and compliant warehouse operations.
Acting as the right hand of the Site Manager, this position combines operational leadership, data analysis, process control, reporting, and continuous improvement responsibilities.
The Warehouse Coordinator oversees daily warehouse performance, supports Team Leaders and administrative staff, drives corrective actions, monitors KPIs, conducts investigations, coordinates audits, and proactively manages operational priorities to ensure customer requirements are met on time and in full.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Coordination & Warehouse Control
- Monitor daily warehouse activities across inbound, outbound, picking, packing, returns, and inventory processes.
- Ensure operational priorities are clearly communicated and executed.
- Identify potential operational delays and organize resources to minimize service impact.
- Support workload balancing and workforce deployment in cooperation with Team Leaders.
- Escalate operational risks and bottlenecks to site management.
- Ensure timely completion of customer orders and operational deadlines.

Required Qualifications:
Experience
- 3–5 years of warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience.
- Experience in warehouse operations management or coordination.
- Experience with KPI reporting and data analysis.
- Experience leading operational improvement initiatives.
- Experience participating in customer or internal audits.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- PowerPoint and reporting tools.
- Data analysis and root cause analysis techniques.
