HR Coordinator
Are you experienced in HR administration and confident managing employee data and HR systems with accuracy? Can you build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders while providing first-class HR support and advice? Do you enjoy balancing people-focused work with reporting, recruitment coordination, and process improvement?
We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join our M&S site in Bradford. You'll support the day-to-day HR operations at our Bradford site, managing HR systems, maintaining accurate employee records, producing reports, and providing administrative support to the HR team. You'll also work closely with managers to support recruitment, employee lifecycle activities, and the consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Support Manager’s by providing advice on policies and procedures consistently, working alongside other HR Team members collaboratively
- Produce statistical reports on all aspects of the employee life cycle including but not limited to: recruitment, probations, secondments, mat/paternity. Responsibility would line into ensuring the site is on track to achieving key strategic aims of the campus labour strategy
- Take responsibility for managing key HR data and information, whilst driving data projects on site
- Advise managers on recruitment processes on site and act as liaison with external recruitment teams
