A fantastic opportunity has come up with our M&S Foods site in Bradford. We are seeking a talented and passionate individual for the position of HR Advisor. You will play an integral role in providing effective support and guidance to the line managers in all aspects of human resources.
Working hours for this role would need to be flexible, however predominantly Monday to Friday, working 37.5 hours per week.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £32,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 33 days of holiday pay, as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle-to-work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Provide advice and guidance on Absence and Performance Management
- Advise managers and colleagues in dealing with employment matters, ensuring that they work within the framework of employment legislation and apply best practice in the conduct of HR.
- Support management teams with ER cases.
- Ensure any legislative changes are captured and applied across site.
- Support site engagement and communication at all the levels
- Support the management team in all HR-related topics including recruitment
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous HR Advisor/ Generalist experience in a fast-paced environment
- Up to date employment law and legislation
- Strong IT skills, preferably with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- CIPD qualification or working towards one is preferred, but not essential depending on experience
