We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our International Team on a full time, permanent basis to be based at our leading client site of M&S in Bradford. The team may be small but are an important part of the operation. You will be responsible for carrying out planning and co-ordinating international loads ready for dispatch. You will help ensure the timely dispatch of international containers and trailers, using multiple systems and working with several internal departments.

 

You’ll be working on an ‘any 5 from 7’ shift pattern, typically Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. Full training will be given, just bring your Admin skills!

You’ll be paid a salary of up to £25,000 per annum. What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Advance coordination with the customer and excise team to ensure the compliant despatch of stock
  • Support and/or manage bespoke VAS for individual accounts
  • Scan pallets picked for dispatch, consolidate pallets and finalise loads, build containers/trailers
  • Raise IFOS discrepancies to senior managers and manage drivers arriving onsite
  • Daily operational checks and report generation, review of forecasts and create international documentation
