GXO run a highly automated operations for M&S Clothing & Home products, as part of our 1 million square foot distribution centre in Bradford. Here we are currently looking for a Planning Coordinator to join our operation, where you’ll support with tracking resource across the site.

 

This is a full time, permanent position. You’ll be working Friday to Monday, 06:00 to 16:00, or 05:00 to 15:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Support the senior planning analyst in ensuring the site has adequate resource capacity to deliver customer requirements
  • Build strong links between the internal and external teams through provision of relevant, accurate and timely information
  • Ensure all schedules and plans are rolled out effectively by accurately tracking and logging daily schedules, timesheets rotas and reports
  • Liaise with operations and other stakeholders to ensure business goals (KPIs and CI initiatives) are met

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • You’ll have experience in a fast-paced administrative role, dealing with multiple deadlines and priorities  
  • Strong IT skills (particularly Excel) & knowledge of WMS systems would be advantageous
  • Excellent analytical, planning, communication and organisational skills
  • Commitment to produce high quality and accurate work against specific deadlines
