Warehouse Team Manager

We’re looking for a Team Manager to join our GXO operation supporting M&S at our Bradford NDC. You’ll be responsible for leading a team of up to 30 colleagues, driving operational performance, and ensuring delivery of outstanding service, accuracy and efficiency across your area.
This is a full‑time, permanent position, working a 2-week rotating shift pattern, including early, late and weekend shifts.

We’re looking to offer a salary of £34,000 per annum and 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays). You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks including our GXO University portal.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse colleagues, supporting training, multiskilling and succession planning
- Drive performance across safety, quality, delivery and cost, ensuring KPIs are achieved, and operational standards are met
- Plan and manage resources effectively, ensuring workloads, staffing and priorities are aligned to customer and business requirements
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders including Finance, Inventory, Systems, QSHE, Engineering and the wider M&S network
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, drive engagement, manage performance, and promote a positive team culture
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to influence, motivate and lead teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and reporting systems
- A proactive, organised and flexible approach, with the ability to work under your own initiative
