Stock & System Administrator

Here at GXO, we’re looking for two Stock and System Administrators to join our team at Branston. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing business, working on a rotating shift pattern (06:00 to14:00 / 14:00 to 22:00), where your contribution will make a real impact.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and misplaced pallets.
- Support the Pick and Goods-In functions through accurate system administration.
- Book and schedule inbound deliveries in line with site capacity.
- Analyse warehouse data to reduce stock loss and improve accuracy.
- Report performance against key KPIs while upholding Health & Safety standards.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experience in stock control or using a Warehouse Management System is beneficial, but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and performing data entry tasks.
- Reliable, flexible, and committed to delivering high standards in both manual and administrative tasks.
