We are looking for a Team Leader Nights to join our GXO Supply Chain operation in Bristol, supporting our busy multi‑user transport network. You’ll lead a team of 5–6 operatives within a cross‑dock environment, ensuring goods are unloaded, sorted, and reloaded efficiently and safely, while delivering excellent service levels.
This is a full‑time, permanent position, working Wednesday to Saturday, 4 x 11.5‑hour shifts, with 3 rest days each week.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £32,293.53 + £3,229.20 unsocial allowance, and 22.4 days annual leave. Your benefits package includes a company‑sponsored pension scheme, life assurance, and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Lead, coordinate and support a team of night operatives in a fast‑paced cross‑dock operation
- Ensure all unloading, sorting and reloading activities are completed accurately and on time
- Promote and maintain high standards of health & safety, ensuring full operational compliance
- Support loading activities during peak periods to ensure customer KPIs are achieved
- Brief and debrief drivers, ensuring all paperwork is completed to the required standard
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous experience leading a team in a warehouse, logistics or transport environment
- A hands‑on, flexible and proactive approach, with a strong work ethic
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to challenge processes, share best practice and support continuous improvement
- Physically capable of manual handling tasks in a busy, fast‑paced setting
