BU Director Warehousing
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the business unit's strategic vision, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.

Identify and drive growth opportunities in contract logistics for e-commerce clients.

Establish best practices and innovative solutions to enhance logistics efficiency and service quality.

Oversee warehouse management, distribution, and last-mile delivery operations.
-
Ensure operational KPIs (cost, service levels, productivity, etc.) are met and continuously improved.

Implement automation and digital solutions to optimize fulfillment processes

Own the P&L for the business unit, ensuring revenue growth and cost control.

Develop pricing strategies and cost models for contract logistics services.
-
Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and third-party providers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce clients and partners.

Act as a strategic advisor to customers, offering tailored logistics solutions to support their business growth.

Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, finance, HR, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery

Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Ensure adequate workforce planning, training, and performance management.

Promote a safety-first culture and compliance with industry regulations.
Key Requirements:

8+ years of experience in contract logistics, e-commerce fulfillment, or supply chain management.

Strong leadership experience, with a proven track record in managing large-scale logistics operations.

Deep understanding of warehouse automation, fulfillment technologies, and e-commerce logistics trends.

Exceptional financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgeting, and cost optimization.

Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with clients and third-party logistics providers.

Proficiency in logistics software, WMS, TMS, and data analytics tools.
