Substantive tasks
Supervision of all accounting and tax issues.
Ensure proper recording of business events for external and internal purposes.
Ensuring proper recording of company assets.
Supervise the proper circulation of accounting documents.
Timely preparation of financial statements and reports for GXO Group, as required by law and internal procedures.
Timely preparation of tax returns.
Controlling the documentation of financial transactions.
Overseeing the settlement of transactions, controlling the accuracy of settlements.
Supervision and preparation of payments.
Responsibility for the procedure for confirming balances with counterparties, accounting for the inventory of company assets.
Contacts and cooperation with external institutions.
Contacts and cooperation with auditors.
Updating the company's accounting policy and the applicable chart of accounts.
Creating and implementing procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal Group policies.
Substantive supervision in the field of accounting and taxation of the work of the employees of the Controllership Department.
Supervising the adaptation of the companies' accounting systems to current legal requirements.
Management of the employees of the Controllership Department.
IT Tasks
Improve the IT tools used to work in the Controllership Department.
Budżet, raportowanie
Timely preparation of reports in accordance with Group requirements.
Oversee the accuracy of balance sheet reporting (HFM, Blackline, WCF)).
Preparation of ad hoc reports.
