Role Overview
Your responsabilities will include:
- Facility and Security Management for the site, ensuring a safe, compliant, and fully functional working environment;
- Lead and manage all day-to-day security operations, including access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and incident management;
- Ensure protection of employees, assets, and information through effective risk assessments and preventive actions;
- Oversee all facility operations, including maintenance, HVAC systems, technical installations, and infrastructure performance;
- Coordinate repairs, renovations, and workspace planning to support business needs and operational efficiency;
- Ensure proper delivery of general services such as cleaning, catering, reception, parking, and waste management;
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and cost optimization;
- Support workforce planning, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management for facility and security teams;
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, internal policies, and industry standards;
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to facility performance, security incidents, and operational costs;
- Prepare regular reports and updates for management on operational performance and improvement actions.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Relevant degree and 3–5 years’ experience in security or facility management
- Knowledge of security regulations, H&S, and data protection
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with security systems and technologies
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
- Advanced Excel and good English skills
