Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for GXO Logistics. You will lead end-to-end recruitment processes for white-collar positions, primarily from Team Leader level through senior management roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify and secure the best candidates. In addition to supporting local hiring needs, you will collaborate with international stakeholders and contribute to recruitment projects across other GXO locations in Europe. This role is ideal for a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for white-collar positions, from Team Leader level through senior management roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates using a variety of recruitment channels and sourcing techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with GXO standards, employer branding, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
  • Support recruitment projects and hiring activities in other GXO countries when required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.
  • Ensure the onboarding of new colleagues
  • Actively contributing in CSR/ESG local initiatives

 

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search environments.
  • Proven track record of recruiting for professional and managerial white-collar positions.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international matrix organization.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly organized approach to work.
  • Experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Romanian – fluent/native level (mandatory)
  • English – very good level, both written and spoken (mandatory)
