Finance Co Ordinator 18 month FTC

Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Finance Co-ordinator to join our Finance team on an 18‑month fixed term contract.
This role plays a key part in delivering accurate, end‑to‑end invoicing and revenue processes for a portfolio of customers, while building strong relationships across Finance, Operations and Central teams.
You’ll be based in our Chippenham office twice a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays), working Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00. However, some flexibility is required, this is logistics after all!

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £25,500, depending on experience and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Completing end‑to‑end invoicing, reconciliation and billing for allocated customers, ensuring service levels are met
- Creating accurate weekly revenue files from operational data to meet reporting deadlines
- Uploading invoices to customer portals and ensuring all documentation is complete and correct
- Investigating, addressing and resolving invoicing and billing queries in collaboration with Operations and Finance teams
- Managing effective working relationships with nominated site finance teams and business operators
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- GCSE level education (or equivalent) with a strong foundation in numeracy
- Proven Excel and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in an invoicing, finance or revenue‑focused role (experience within haulage or logistics is desirable)
- The confidence to work with multiple stakeholders across Finance, Operations and Credit Control
- A proactive, organised approach and the ability to work accurately under time pressure
