Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Payroll Management Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate payment of wages, salaries, and benefits.

This is a full-time permanent position with occasional travel to site. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, 09:00 till 17:00. However, some flexibility is required, this is logistics after all!

Pay, benefits and more:

 

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £29,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). A company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and death in service.

 

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Accurately process and manage payroll, ensuring employees are paid on time
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records in line with legislation and company policy
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on new hires, terminations, and salary changes
  • Validate timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies related to attendance or leave
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports and statements for management and employees

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Previous experience in a payroll role with a solid understanding of payroll processes
  • Familiarity with payroll software and systems
  • Strong communication skills to handle queries effectively
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in calculations and reporting
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
