Do you have senior operational leadership experience within a 3PL or contract logistics environment, including retail and e-commerce fulfilment? Have you successfully managed a highly automated warehouse operation? Are you confident owning end-to-end performance, customer SLAs and continuous improvement within a fast-paced, peak-driven operation?
Here at GXO, we’re looking for a motivated Operations Manager to join our dynamic warehouse team based in Rathcoole, supporting our Lifestyle Sports contract. You will be accountable for the end-to-end performance of a highly automated 3PL warehouse operations, supporting both retail store replenishment and e-commerce fulfilment. This role requires a strong bend of hands-on operational leadership, data-driven performance management and continuous improvement delivery, while managing complex automation systems, multiple service models and demanding customer expectations.
This is a full-time, permanent position. You’ll be working on an ‘any 5 from 7’ basis, covering the hours of 14:00 till 22:30.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Deliver against contracted SLAs, KPIs, and commercial commitments
- Support contract reviews, volume forecasting and cost-to-serve analysis
- Own daily operations across inbound, storage, automation, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Optimise ASRS, conveyors, sortation, robotics, WMS/WCA for retail and e-commerce
- Lead, develop and performance-manage Shift Managers and Supervisory teams
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Proven experience in within a 3PL/contract logistics environment
- Strong background managing automated warehouse operations
- Demonstrated success delivering continuous improvement in high-volume operations
- Strong customer and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to WMS/WCS implementations or major automation upgrades
