Here at GXO, we’re looking for an experience and passionate Senior CI Manager to lead an embed the CI strategy across our Dunnes contract in Dublin. This role is central to shaping and delivering operational excellence across our Clonshaugh, Rosemount, and Stadium sites. With a new major WMS launching this year, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting the implementation, identifying improvements, and ensuring the organisation achieves maximum benefit, efficiency, and performance uplift.

 

This is a full-time, permanent position, where you will be working Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Coach, mentor, and develop CI Managers and site teams in best-practise and thinking
  • Deploy advanced CI methodologies: Lea, Six Sigma, Kaizen
  • Identify, prioritise, and execute high-impact improvement initiatives across multiple operational functions
  • Facilitate Kaizen workshops, track benefits, and share best practice across the business
  • Act as CI lead for the new WMS implementation, ensuring teams are set up for success and improvement opportunities are fully leverages
  • Support colleagues’ development through Yellow/Green Belt training, coaching, and project oversight

 

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Black Belt (or equivalent) with deep practical knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
  • Strong proven experience in a Lead/Six Sigma leadership role
  • Strong presence and confidence in engaging at all levels of the organisation
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritise and align CI activity to business objectives
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and committed to supporting colleagues
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
