Team Leader

Here at GXO, we’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our dynamic warehouse team based in Rathcoole, supporting our Lifestyle Sports contract. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind daily operations, ensuring your team delivers top-tier service and performance.

This is a full-time, permanent position. You’ll be working on a ‘4 on 4 off’ basis, covering the hours of 07:00 till 19:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to €32,489 per annum, and 21 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse operatives and administrators
• Monitor performance and ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently
• Support site wide engagement and improvement initiatives
• Communicate clearly and consistently across teams and stakeholders
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and operational excellence

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Proven experience in team leadership within a warehouse or supply chain environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage challenges and drive team performance
• Solid understanding of customer service and operational KPIs
• IT proficiency (Excel, Work, PowerPoint) and analytical thinking
