Warehouse Team Leader

We’re looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll manage a team of operational colleagues, ensure customer priorities are met, and champion health & safety while driving continuous improvement across the site
Shifts are any 5 from 7 and rotating shifts of 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00

We’re looking to offer a salary of £33,280 + shift allowance (for hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00), and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Lead and motivate an operational team to hit KPIs and deliver excellence.
- Maintain strong customer communication, ensuring priorities are agreed and achieved.
- Drive cost reduction and minimise damages through proactive actions.
- Champion health & safety and uphold high housekeeping standards across the site.
- Oversee inductions, training, and development, encouraging apprenticeships and growth.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong knowledge of WMS, MS Office, and KPI-driven operations.
- Skilled in accident investigations, absence reviews, and team development.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and organisational skills with a proactive mindset.
- Flexible, self-motivated, and passionate about building a career in supply chain
