Here at GXO, we are recruiting for an Assistant Finance Manager to join our client The Web at our Rockingham site in Corby. This is a varied yet demanding role where you’ll play a key part in delivering customer profitability insight. Your work will enable effective commercial decision-making and support the wider growth and profitability strategy of the business.
This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday 9-5. Although site-based hybrid working may be considered

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £38,000.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Deliver insightful analysis on customer performance and profitability, ensuring accurate invoicing aligned to contractual terms
- Produce financial reports and management information to support operational decision-making and business performance
- Partner with operational teams to ensure accurate cost capture, allocation, and understanding of key cost drivers
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, including weekly/period-end performance analysis
- Maintain strong financial control through reconciliations, ledger management, project support, and KPI monitoring
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Studying towards AAT, CIMA, or ACCA, with a strong foundation in finance principles
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive, inquisitive mindset with the confidence to challenge and drive performance
- Experience in a similar role with strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and financial control
- A flexible, positive ‘can-do’ attitude, with excellent IT skills and the ability to work under pressure
