Team Manager
Are you an experienced people leader who thrives in a fast‑paced warehouse environment? We’re recruiting two full‑time, permanent Team Managers, working any 5 out of 7 days on rotating 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 shifts. If you enjoy motivating teams, solving problems and keeping operations running smoothly, this could be the perfect next step.
We’re looking for hands‑on leaders who can inspire colleagues, maintain high standards and deliver strong performance across safety, productivity and service.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Lead, motivate and support warehouse colleagues across rotating AM and PM shifts
- Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with site procedures
- Monitor productivity, performance and operational KPIs
- Manage absence, conduct, performance and training needs in line with policies
- Resolve issues quickly, ensuring consistent operational flow and high service levels
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous supervisory or team‑leader experience within a warehouse environment
- Strong communication and people‑management skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends
- Proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement
- A safety‑first mindset with excellent attention to detail
