Stock Administrator

We are seeking a Stock Administrator to join our Heineken team at the Coventry RDC. Reporting to the Stock Team Manager, you will be integral in providing daily administrative support to both transport and warehouse operations, ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of the site.

 

This is a full-time, permanent role with a shift pattern of any 5 days from 7, covering hours from 14:00 to 22:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Complete inventory tasks on time and investigate discrepancies
  • Build and maintain strong day-to-day communication with both internal teams and external customers
  • Maintaining stock integrity and adhering to NSF standards
  • Update and maintain operational data across key business systems with precision and timeliness
  • Actively support continuous improvement projects and departmental development initiatives

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience working in a complex, fast-moving environment
  • Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment
  • Experience operating MHE (truck & LLOP – training provided)
  • Ability to work at heights (MEWP licence a plus, training provided)
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems would be a bonus!
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel
