Stock Administrator

Here at GXO we are recruiting for a Stock administrator on a full time, permanent basis to join our GXO Drinks site in Coventry. You will be working any 5 days out of 7, covering the late shift hours – 14:00 – 22:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

Maintaining stock integrity within assigned area of activity, investigating and resolve stock issues as required

Liaising on a day-to-day basis with warehouse and transport teams and escalating issues to Line Management as required

Managing and controlling documentation to the agreed standards

Collating operational KPI information accurately and within agreed timescales

Ensuring full audit process compliance within stock & admin functions
