We’re looking for Network and MI Administrator to join our TKX site in Crew, supporting the site’s reporting function, to ensure we can support customer order fulfilment.

 

You’ll work 40 hours per week, Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday shift, consisting of the hours of 06;00 -14:00. We’ll ensure you have your rota well in advance

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £25,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Access, manipulate, interrogate and analyse data around all elements of the operation including KPIs, resource, performance and forecasting from various data sources
  • Present data in a consistent and understandable format meeting agreed timeline.
  • Produce daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reports / statistics, both internal and external in line with agreed contract specific requirements
  • Become a champion for the site system by managing and maintaining daily activity and requests.
  • No 2 days are the same so if you like a fast paced, evolving role this could be ideal

 

What you need to succeed at GXO

 

  • You’ll need to be an analytical thinker, enjoy problem-solving, and be inquisitive
  • You’ll need previous experience in a similar operational role and environment
  • Have good operational knowledge including KPIs, productivity and performance drivers
  • Strong experience in Excel, GTS and EPOD systems is desired
