Finance Assistant - Part-time

We are currently looking for a Part time Finance Assistant to join us at our TK Maxx site in Crewe. You’ll handle employee records, prepare contracts, support recruitment and onboarding, manage Time & Attendance, and be a friendly point of contact for HR queries. If you’re organised, detail-driven, and ready to make a real impact in a fast-paced logistics environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Working hours for this role are Mon-Fri, with flexibility regarding the start and finish time, ideally working from 10:00 to 14:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Collating the weekly financial / statistical reports to the customer and site management
- Purchase Order processing and providing support to the Finance team in general, specifically through Company Month-End & Client Period-End.
- Supporting the operational managers in providing day to day financial support.
- Assist with the preparation of weekly & monthly financials
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- High attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Excel (including pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
- Time Management & Organisational skills
- Previous finance office experience and desire to learn
