Senior Warehouse Colleague Night
Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting a Senior Warehouse Colleague to join our team at Ikea Dartford.
This is a full time, permanent role and you will be working 40 hours per week, on an ‘4 on 4 off’ pattern, shift 21:00-9:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Carry out training of new employees and agency employees and daily operation tasks
- Assist and oversee van area procedure - ensuring all vans are done by following the process and in reasonable time manner
- Aiding and assisting with the development and continuous improvement of all on warehouse operatives
- Cover all planned and unplanned Supervisor absence
- Always Adhere to all GXO Health & Safety policies
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- This is a physically demanding role which includes lifting and shifting of furniture.
- Counterbalance essential/ PPT Licenses are desirable
- Good communication, both verbal and written
- Expert in planning 12t vehicles and 3.5t process or extensive experience in warehouse environment
- Ability to work on own initiative, while working under pressure in a continually changing and demanding environment
