At GXO, we’re expanding and looking for dedicated drivers to join our energetic team at Dartford, Kent working on our IKEA contract. As a 3.5t Van Driver you will be delivering furniture items for IKEA throughout London, including central areas.
This is a full time, permanent role you will be working 48 hours per week on a shift pattern of 5 days on, 3 days off over an 8-week rota with start time of 5:00am.

What you will do on a typical day:
- Working as a Van Driver you’ll be delivering to customers’ homes with care, professionalism and great service — representing GXO and IKEA
- Multi drop deliveries vary between single person and 2 person team
- Driving throughout the London area, including Central London
- Ensuring vehicle and stock is properly secured
- Performing vehicle checks at the beginning and end of each journey and reporting all defects
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- A valid driving licence (max 6 points)
- A positive, can‑do attitude
- Reliability, good communication and teamwork
- Physical capability to lift/move items
- Multi‑drop experience is useful but not essential
