Warehouse Administrator

Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for the full-time Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Dartford supporting, one of the leading retail companies, IKEA.
This is a full‑time, permanent position where you will be working any 5 days out of 7, with hours of 06:00–14:00.

What you will do on a typical day:
- Investigate and resolve operational issues such as order fulfilment delays, inventory discrepancies, system errors and other order related issues
- Maintain and update warehouse related records and documentation, including shipment logs, delivery receipts, and inventory reports
- Process stock orders, load planning, and various stock handling duties using the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Update productivity statistics in all roles and produce timely and accurate information and reports

- Experience of working in a complex and fast-moving environment
- Good level of numeric, literacy and IT skills
- Attention to detail and professional approach to work
