Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and help drive our operation forward? We are currently recruiting for a full-time, permanent, Warehouse Operative to join us at our team in Dartford, supporting our customer, Sainsbury’s. From receiving and storing products to picking, packing, and dispatching orders, you will be involved in all aspects of our warehouse operations.

 

You will be working on an ‘any 5 days out of 7’ shift pattern, covering the hours of 06:00-14:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Picking and packing orders from a wide range of products, checking, wrapping, and palletising them for loading onto delivery vehicles
  • Accurately unloading and loading vehicles according to established procedures and safety standards
  • Deal with both goods in and goods out
  • Get involved in other warehouse-related duties that may arise during your shift
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations within the warehouse

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Ability to operate MHE equipment – full training provided
  • Previous experience in a similar position would be advantageous
  • Flexibility and a ‘can do’, right first time and passionate approach
  • Willingness to work in a chilled environment as of when required
  • Ability to perform manual handling tasks including lifting, pulling, and pushing
